This is a well balanced organic Conifer soil mix. Use it straight out of the bag or amend with your favorite ingredient. Consistent particle size throughout. 68 percent of the ingredients are hard particles that will not break down.
Fir bark will last 2-3 years. Bonsai Jack offers both Organic(pH 5.8)and Inorganic(pH 7.0) Conifer bonsai soil. Choose one that best fits your environment and pH requirements.

Ingredients: 32% 1/4 inch Douglas Fir Bark, 32% 1/4 inch Pumice, 15% 1/4 inch Lava, 15% 1/4 inch Monto Clay (1/4 inch Turface) and 6% 1/4 inch Horticulture Charcoal.
pH: 5.8
Average Particle Size: ¼ Inch
Minimum Size: 1/8th
Maximum Size: 3/8ths
Application: Conifers including Juniper
Condition: Sifted, Washed, Treated, Dried and Bagged.
