Products that are made to order require an extended lead time due to manufacturer production.
Ground Delivery packages should be delivered in 3-7 business days.
For all damaged items you must keep original packaging for claims to be processed.

Larger items, including some toolboxes, some ladder racks, Bedslides, etc., are shipped via truck freight and will require signature for delivery.

Please carefully inspect your package for damage before accepting delivery. If you see any damage, either note it on the delivery receipt, or refuse delivery and call us immediately. If the product is delivered damaged and not noted, you will be responsible for all fees.
Any product that offers free shipping applies only to ground shipping anywhere within the lower 48 states in the USA

If you need to return an item you purchased from Leonard Truck Accessories, contact us by eBay message and within 24 - 48 business hours we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number which is required for any item being returned. Returns must be started within 30 days of receipt of the item. Products and all associated packaging must be returned in new, resalable condition.
If your item arrived damaged, if you received an item other than the one ordered, or the item you received is defective, you will not pay any fees for your return and a return label will be provided.
In all other cases, a restocking fee may be applied and it is the buyer’s responsibility to ship the item back.

No merchandise can be returned without a written authorization from LeonardAccessories. Failure to do so will result in no credit being given.
All damages must be reported within 72 hours from the time of delivery.

FREIGHT RETURNS
Freight items are not eligible for return unless they have a manufacturer’s defect, or you received an item different from the one on your order.
You must inspect all freight shipments immediately upon receipt for accuracy and damage. If there is anything wrong with your order it and the product or packaging is damaged in any way, the shipment should be refused or get in touch with us prior to signing and accepting the delivery. Call us or send us a message within eBay. We will review options with you before you accept ownership of the product from the delivery company.
Shipping damage not noted on the delivery ticket will be the responsibility of the buyer.
