This is a Parlec Bilz Type, Quick Change Tap Adapter that works with their Numertap 770 Quick Change Tapping Holders.  It holds a 1/2", M12 and M12.5 tap with standard ANSI shanks.  The extension length is 1-7/8" on this adapter and tap is put in place by just pressing down on the ring, on the top of the holder.  New this adapter listed for around 0.00, so it will be a bargain for someone at 50% off!
