All refund requests must be initiated within 30 days from date of receipt.

Transactions outside of 30 days are not eligible for refunds.

Customer is responsible for all freight on the returned item.

Returned items must be received to our facility in the same condition as shipped and will undergo a full inspection and evaluation prior to refund being processed.

Items sold as "New" or "New (Other)" must be received back in original condition including all packaging with intact factory seals to qualify for a refund.

Removal of an item from manufacturer's packaging, or tampering with factory seals disqualifies the item from a refund.
