Do NOT return the product until we send you a return authorization form and a return shipping address
Ship to us in the original box with all packing, parts & instructions
If it is received in good, re-saleable condition when we get it back, we will promptly send you a refund
If the problem is NOT a manufacturing defect or a wrong shipment, there is a 15% re-stocking fee that will be deducted from your refund
If the problem is not a manufacturing defect, you will need to pay for the return shipping
