A stepped 90-degree corner block.  It appears to be shop-made, and is marked "WS" on the end.
It's 2.27" long on the flat side, 2.04" long on the stepped side, and 2.0" wide.
The flat side has a V-groove on the outside and measures 0.52" thick.
The stepped side is 0.51" thick at the thick part and 0.32" at the thin part. The thin part is 0.39" tall.
It's in good condition. Nice clean edges and no dented corners.
It weighs 1.0 lb
