VTG 1960s American Optical Calobar Ladies Cat Eye Sunglasses CC 34 Small

Vintage Calobar Ladies Cat Eye Sunglasses
Suitable for a
small to medium sized head
(see "Measurements" below).
I am unsure of the exact material of frames -
either a heavy plastic or Bakelite
. Beautiful inlay design.
There are some
rhinestones on the temples
- none are missing, but one is cracked and all need a good clean/polish.
Frames are marked
Calobar CC 34
on side.
These have
RX lenses
and will need to be re-glazed for usage (I can recommend a mail order place on the West coast that does good work on vintage frames, if you desire - just drop me a message!) Or, great as-is for prop or display use!
Lenses are a dark green color
(they are not as vibrant/light green as the photo shows - more of a medium/dark green in real life)

-Temple length measures about 140 mm.
-Hinge to hinge measures about 130 mm.
-TOTAL width measures about 140 mm.
As with the majority of my items, this lot was found in an estate and comes
AS IS, AS FOUND.

NOTES
: Pre-owned.
Fair
used condition. Some general wear from use and age. The general "bones" of the frames are in good shape - no cracking, breaks, etc. Frames will need a good clean and polish. The material has yellowed in spots from age. As noted above, these have RX lenses and will need to be re-glazed/replaced for usage. Metal hardware shows tarnish. Some overall scuffing. General wear consistent with 60+ year age.
